The
screen becomes less sensitive due to the external environment
● Magnet
changes your phone so that the touch screen does not work correctly. Hence,
keep your phone away from the magnetic field.
● There
is no response to your touch due to the result of static electricity, oil, and
sweat on the phone. Ensure that your hands are clean and dry too, and are free
from the stable before touching the screen again.
● It
is influenced by electrical current. To stop charging, unplug your Smartphone
from the power source, and then the phone will get rid of the dead touch screen
position.
● It
is easy to get a non-responsive touch screen, particularly at high or low
temperatures. So do not use your phone in the situation.
First of all, hold down the Power
button to restart Android phones, and then your phone may be backing to usual.
Nevertheless, the touch screen cannot work correctly even after the restart. In
such a situation, try to boot your phone in replacement mode to resolve this
problem:
● Press
the power button to turn off the Android Phone;
● Hold
and press the Power button plus Volume UP key at the same time (A few smart phones utilize the Power button Volume
Down button);
● Later,
release the button after the Android icon appears on the screen;
Utilize the Volume button to select
"Delete data/factory reset" and hold the Power button to verify.
Choose "Yes - Delete All the Data of users" & confirm, then using
the Volume Button and Confirm, select the "Reboot Regularity Now"
option.
